When can I access my rental space?
ANYTIME! Once a lease is signed, our tenants enjoy 24-7-365 access to their rental space.
How do I reserve a rental space?
You can also RESERVE space online, over the phone, or in person, and move in after signing the lease in our office.
When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime. NOTE: once you rent the unit, we require that you place your lock on the unit door immediately.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
Warning is appreciated but all contracts are month-to-month. After you clean out your space and take your lock, just let us know that you’ve vacated the space and we’ll officially move you out and turn off your billing. NOTE: IF YOU LEAVE A LOCK ON YOUR UNIT DOOR AFTER YOU MOVE OUT, WE WILL CONTINUE TO BILL YOU.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport). You may also be asked to show proof of insurance for offsite storage. NOTE: Although not considered documentation, a current mailing address, phone number, and an email address are also required.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.
How do I make a payment?
You may pay in person or by phone during normal office hours ANYTIME through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your bank account, check, or money order.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We offer a wide selection of helpful moving supplies in our office.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can use the Space Calculator on our website, call our store, or come in for assistance.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable and/or toxic fluids or materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. Our tenants enjoy access ANYTIME! (24/7/365).Your own security pass code will allow you access to your storage space! NOTE: Passcode will not work if account is past due.
Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move into the climate controlled building. These carts are located inside each climate controlled door on each floor.
Do you provide dumpsters or other disposal services?
No. You must empty ALL contents from the unit(s) upon move-out. If items remain in a unit or if a lock remains on a unit door, the unit will continue to be charged to the tenant until contents and lock are removed.
